#29 My Career

When I'm thirty I see myself owning and running my own restaurant and bar. To achieve that goal I've taken out of school culinary classes. I've also taken a management course and have my food handlers card. Ever since I was a little girl, I always dreamed of owning my own restaurant. I grew up around food, my parents have both attended culinary classes and love food.

By the time I'm thirty I want to have my masters in culinary, and my bar tenders license. I want to then start to develop the design of the place. I want to then find a location for my business. Then make a overview of when it will be ready how it looks and smaller details like that and look for a potential business partner.
