My
favorite hobby is probably baking. I grew up around baking, my mother, father,
and grandparents all baked and it grew on me. I always watched my mom bake as a
baby. I've always liked baking as a young child and my mom and I used to bake
almost every week.
We
would bake homemade brownies, bread, cookies, cakes, and cupcakes, anything you
could think of. It's really a fun thing to do, it relaxes you. Also a great
plus about it is you get to taste it after you’re done, that's what my mom
always said. My favorite thing about it is you don't always have to follow a
recipe you can make one yourself. You also can decorate it yourself to, however
you like.
I don't
know if it exactly counts as a hobby. But it’s a fun way to express
yourself. You can take an old recipe and modify it to be something different
and delicious. Also when someone’s birthday comes around or a
holiday it’s a great gift to give to your friends or family.
